価格改定のお知らせ

拝啓 貴社ますますご隆盛のこととお慶び申しあげます。平素は格別のお引き立てを賜り厚くお礼申しあげます。
さて、昨今の原材料（鋼材、特殊鋼、プラスチック、ゴム、オイル、電線等）、副資材などの高騰および外注協力会社からの調達品の継続的な値上など、コスト高が続いております。 
弊社としましても合理化やコストダウンなど企業努力に努めて参りましたが、継続的なあらゆる調達品の更なる値上げを求められ、部品入手難の影響も重なり、企業努力のみでは現行の価格体系を維持する事が困難になりました。
つきましては、誠に不本意ではございますが、当社製品およびサービスについて価格を改定させていただくこと致しました。
 2024年9月1日以降ご注文分より、全機種・全サービスを対象として、約5～10％UPとなります。ご注文が2024年8月末日までであれば、現状通りとなります。但し、納入期限は2025年8月末日までとさせていただきます。
(一部で2025年3月末とご案内しておりましたが改善いたしました。)
現在機種によっては納期が210日以上となる為、上記内容をご考慮の上、ご注文願います。何かご不明な点等がございましたら遠慮なくご連絡下さい。
今後ともより一層の努力をし、お客様のご愛顧にお応えする所存でございますので、何卒諸般の事情をご賢察の上、ご理解ご了承賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Notice of price revision

Dear customers, We are pleased to hear that your company is prospering. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage.
Now, due to the recent rise in prices of raw materials (steel, special steel, plastic, rubber, oil, electric wire, etc.) and auxiliary materials, as well as the continued price increases of products procured from outsourcing partners, costs have continued to rise.
We have made efforts to streamline and reduce costs, but we have been asked to continue to raise the prices of all procurement products, and with the impact of the difficulty in obtaining parts, it has become difficult to maintain the current price system through corporate efforts alone.
Therefore, although it is very unfortunate, we have decided to revise the prices of our products and services.
For orders placed after September 1, 2024, prices will increase by approximately 5-10% for all models and services.

If orders are placed by the end of August 2024, the current situation will continue.

However, the delivery deadline will be the end of August 2025.

(We had previously notified some customers that the deadline was the end of March 2025, but this has been improved.)

Currently, some models have delivery times of 210 days or more, so please take the above into consideration when placing your order.

デンソン 落下防止機能付反転機を開発

デンソン株式会社（本社：埼玉県八潮市、代表取締役社長：田村 樹）は開口部に落下防止カバーを装備した反転機を開発しました。従来は落下防止のため開口部に作業者が人力で蓋を取り付けていましたが、自動の可動式カバーが装備されたことで金型などを扱う工場の安全性を高める更なる取り組みが実現しました。

装置概要
当社製「ＧＴＤシリーズ」は金型などの重量物を90°回転することができる地面に埋込可能な反転機です。親子クレーン等を使用せずに安全に反転するため、重量物の反転事故を未然に防ぐことができます。ダイカスト金型用に開口部があり、作業者の落下を防ぐため自動開閉カバーを備えています。

開発背景
現在我々の生活には多くの樹脂部品が存在し、その金型には定期的なメンテナンスや修理が必要になります。
本年起きた自動車会社の事故でも重量のある金型が崩れて作業者が死亡するなど、自動車業界の安全体制における切迫した状況が顕在化しました。多くの自動車会社等では金型専用の反転機導入が進んではいるが、一部のメーカーや自動車部品製造会社などでは反転機は使用せず、ワイヤーなどの吊具を利用した斜め引き反転や親子クレーンを利用した親子反転など危険な反転方法に頼っている現状があります。
近年は新技術の大型部品開発などにより重量のある金型を使用する機会が増大しており、作業者の危険がより高まってきています。
かねてより金型の反転においては法令が整備されておらず、労災事故が起きた場合民事的に多額の訴訟が起きても刑事的な違法性が問われる事はまずありません。大手企業でさえ危険反転を繰り返している現状を危惧して、これらの背景から誰でも安心して反転ができる本新製品を開発いたしました。

Denson develops mold flipper with fall prevention function

Previously, workers had to manually attach a cover to the opening to prevent it from falling, but the installation of an automatic movable cover has enabled further efforts to improve safety in factories that handle molds and other items. did.

Equipment overview
Our "GTD series" is a reversing machine that can be embedded in the ground and can rotate heavy objects such as molds by 90 degrees.
Since it is safely reversed without using a parent-child crane, it is possible to prevent accidents involving the reversal of heavy objects.It has an opening for the die-casting mold and an automatic opening/closing cover to prevent workers from falling.

Development background
Currently, there are many resin parts in our daily lives, and their molds require regular maintenance and repair.In an accident at an automobile company this year, a heavy mold collapsed and a worker was killed.
The dire situation in the automobile industry's safety system has become clear.Although many automobile companies are introducing reversing machines specifically for molds, some manufacturers and auto parts manufacturers do not use reversing machines, and instead use diagonal pull reversals using hanging tools such as wires, and parent-child reversals. Currently, we rely on dangerous reversal methods such as parent-child reversals using cranes.In recent years, opportunities to use heavy molds have increased due to the development of large parts using new technology.The danger to workers is increasing.For some time, laws and regulations regarding mold reversal have not been established.
When a work-related accident occurs, even if a large civil lawsuit is filed, criminal illegality is rarely questioned.We are concerned about the current situation where even major companies are repeatedly undergoing risk reversals.With these backgrounds in mind, we have developed this new product that anyone can use to invert with peace of mind.
